A serious Cantonment Residence price guide should not stop at “how much is it”. The total price, psf, usable space and future resale audience need to be read together.

Built-up size changes the budget logic

With layouts starting from 2,009 sq ft, this is not a compact entry-level product. Larger layouts should be matched to household size, storage, work space, elderly parents, helper room needs and hosting habits.

Floor, orientation and holding cost

Beyond selling price, check the floor, view, afternoon sun, noise exposure, car parks, maintenance fees, financing pressure and future upkeep. A high-end condominium should be judged with holding cost in mind.

Is it worth buying?

Cantonment Residence is worth serious consideration if you value Pulau Tikus, larger living space, nearby hospitals and schools, and long-term own-stay comfort. It is less suitable if your main target is low entry price or short-term rental yield.
